Esche & Lee Inc., incorporated in 1967, was founded by Clare Esche and David Lee to provide quality new masonry construction in the Chicago metropolitan area.

For over 38 years the company has continued to grow by consistently performing high quality masonry work, while meeting our customer’s safety, cost and project schedule requirements.

At the core of the company’s success is our employees that continue to meet the challenges of a changing industry and customers requirements.

Esche & Lee is proud to be a union mason contractor, using experienced union Mason Journeymen & Apprentices, Laborers and Operating Engineers to perform our work.

The average company tenure in our Field Supervision Group is over 20 years of service and experience with Esche & Lee Inc., with several employees at 30 plus years of service.

Esche & Lee works with General Contractors, Architects, Construction Managers and Owners through various estimating/bidding processes including: Design Build, Private and Public direct bids. Projects range in size from the smallest to some of the largest masonry projects in the Chicagoland area. Primary markets include the following :
